Options to consider when selecting how much to buy
Champagne or Sparkling
A glass of Champagne or Sparkling wine for welcome drinks and another for the toast.
Normal size of Champagne and Sparkling wine is 750ml bottle and this gives you 6 x 125ml flutes,
6 glasses in a bottle.
Wine
1/2 bottle per person served throughout dinner, with a 50/50 split between white and red and
as we offer sale or return we recommend you add more for safety up to 3/4 of a bottle per person.
Matching food and wine for a wedding or party
The best choice is to select an easy drinking people pleasing wine that tastes good on its own as well as with food, the alternative would be to have two ranges of wine, serve one throughout Diner which would be fuller bodied and the other soft fruity wine during the party.
